The service starts by disconnecting the two PCM electrical connectors while you detach the ground wire. When performing the service on the Thermostatic Expansion Valve Manifold and Tube Assembly you must first remove the condenser outlet fitting nut and disconnect the fitting while discarding the O-ring seal and gasket seal. The fitting requires a final torque specification of 15 Nm (133 lb-in) when ready for installation. The servicing starts with removing the TXV manifold and tube assembly bracket bolt and proceeding with the removal of the TXV manifold and tube assembly suction fitting nut to disconnect the fitting and discard the O-ring seal and gasket seal while tightening to 15 Nm (133 lb-in) torque specification.
