How to service and repair the timing chain tensioner on 2009 Ford F-350 Super Duty?

In order to replace the timing chain tensioner, open the engine front cover and loosen the camshaft sprocket bolts. Record bearing cap position, and then take off the balance shaft and crankshaft sensor ring. Take off camshaft followers, timing chain tensioners and sprockets. Installation of components, making sure that there is sufficient lubrication of components and alignment and then re-attaching engine cover.
