How to Remove and Replace the Rear Coil Springs on 2009 Ford Flex?

To install a new rear coil spring, measure the distance between the hub and the fender, take the wheel off and unscrew the stabilizer bar. Get the lower arm supported, then get the bolts off, and bring the jackstand down so as to extract the spring. Check and fix seats, when necessary. Fit spring back in and tighten bolts and re-fit wheel.
