Service the shock absorber by removing luggage trim to access and discard the upper nut; use hex-holding. Inspect/replace mount. Remove wheel and lower bolt to remove shock. Fit new shock, fit lower bolt loosely, reinstall wheel, lower vehicle, tighten bolts, install new upper nut, reinstall parcel shelf. Use equivalent fasteners.
