How to service the Knock Sensor (KS) on 2009 Ford Fusion?

In order to service the Knock Sensor (KS), suspend the vehicle in neutral in a hoist. Disassemble intake manifold and the bolt keeping the KS. Install the new KS, and screw it tight to 20 Nm (177lb-in) without touching the crankcase vent oil separator, and reverse the removal process.
