In order to fix the power steering pump of a 4.0L engine, take off the air cleaner outlet pipe and drain fluid. Loose pulley bolts, unbolt belt and hose. Fit a new Teflon-seal and screw fittings. Install (or replace) parts, as per belt routing instructions, and fill up the power steering system.
