Service of the right-hand temperature blend door actuator requires beginning by disconnecting the damper then lowering the glove compartment. The Temperature Blend Door Actuator can be reached through the glove compartment opening using which you should disconnect the jumper harness electrical connector. Before proceeding with the actuator service start by removing the pin-type retainer for the in-vehicle temperature sensor aspirator hose from the instrument panel support then detach the pin-type retainer for the instrument panel wire harness from the heater core and evaporator core housing support. Secure access to the right-hand temperature blend door actuator by removing its two screws then carefully shift and remove the actuator to disconnect its electrical connector. Finish by reversing all steps from removal before putting back the actuator and new one.
