How to service and repair the Shift Knob with a Transmission Control Switch (TCS) on 2009 Ford Taurus X?

In order to repair the shift knob which has a Transmission Control Switch (TCS), strip away the shift trim ring and center cup holder panel. Unconnect the connector of TCS, de-assemble the shift knob and bezel. To install, re-connect the TCS, fasten the tabs and reassemble the parts.
