How to service the Wiper Pivot and mounting arm assembly on 2009 Lincoln MKS?

Removal of the cowl panel grille without unattached wiper motor linkage is a requirement in order to service the wiper mounting arm and pivot shaft assembly. Unscrew 3 bolts, un-solder the electrical connector, and pull off the wire harness. Installation To install, place the new assembly, reconnect the electrical connector and tighten the bolts to 8 Nm. Reinstall the grille.
