How to Service the PCV Valve on 2009 Mercury Grand Marquis?

To service the PCV valve, un-lock the electrical connector and crankcase ventification tube. The retaining ears of an old valve will be sheared, and a new valve will have to be put in. Install the new valve in the correct manner so that you get the right wiring and then reverse the process by which you removed the valve to install it.
