How to service and repair the turn signal switch on the steering column multifunction switch on Ford Crown Victoria?

To fix the turn signal switch, pull out the steering column tilt release lever and upper shroud by pushing the sides inwards. Take off the upper and lower shroud, unscrew three electrical connectors, and pull off the multifunction switch. Installation Re-installation should be done in reverse.
