    A: The camshaft position (CMP) sensor requires disconnection of the battery ground, air cleaner and outlet pipe, and connection of the CMP sensor connector to service. Unmount the securing bolt, inspect and lubricate the O-ring seal, and re-mount the sensor, tighten it to 10 Nm (89 lb-in) then reverse the removal procedure.
