How to service and repair the Coolant Temperature Sensor on Ford E-150?

Removal to service and repair the Temperature Sensor (Gauge) first, disconnect the battery ground cable. Then drain off the cooling system partway. Disconnect the connector of the Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor and remove the sensor. Installation To install, reverse these steps.
