How to service the intake air duct on Ford E-250?

Service of the intake air duct should start with air cleaner removal. When reinstalling disconnect the clamp a small amount from around the throttle body (TB) before re-tightening it to 4 Nm (35 lb-in). Remove the air cleaner outlet pipe by disconnecting its vapor tube quick connect fitting from the air cleaner. The reverse procedures must be followed for installation.
