Begin by taking out air cleaner to repair the intake air duct. When reinstalling the throttle body (TB) loosen the clamps and tighten them to 4 Nm (35 lb-in). Disassemble the quick connect fitting of the vapor tube in the air cleaner outlet pipe and pull out the outlet tube of the air cleaner. Installation Reverse these steps.

To service instrument panel air distribution ducts, take out instrument panel (body/frame, trim, dashboard). Take out two screws; pull aside wire harness. Unscrew LH floor duct. Take off RH register and knob on headlamp (turn bezel counterclockwise). Break off cluster finish panel (bolts, connectors). Take out screws, ducts, reinforcement, ground bolt, instrument cluster. Reassemble in reverse.
