Servicing the rear bumper: To remove the retaining nuts of the rear bumper, disconnect the parking aid sensor connector of the rear bumper. Remember to remove the wiring retainers of a trailer hitch if it has one. Remove the bumper. These steps should be reversed during reassembly; perversely, torque the four nuts to 70 Nm (52 lb-ft).

How to service the front bumper on Ford E-250?

Removing the air deflector of the A/C condenser, requires the use of 4 pushpin retainers in order to access the front bumper. One would require an assistant to remove the bumper through 4 nuts and 4 bolts. Tighten back up to 70 Nm (52 lb-ft). Chrome bumpers do not need the removal of the deflector.
