How to service and repair the parking brake shoes on Ford E-250?

To make repairs to parking brake shoes, depress the parking brake and take the cable tensions off. Eliminate the wheel hub used with two rear wheels or the disc of the brake used with one rear wheel. Dismantle and replace brake shoes, lubricate contact points and assemble parts. Lastly, set the parking brake and put the wheel hub or brake disc back in place.
