How to service the radius arm on E150-E450 on Ford E-250?

Service of the radius arm on E150-E450 models begins with removal of front coil spring and spring insulator. Crankle down the spring retainer and the insulator while removing the radius arm-to-axle bolt and nut. Start the radius arm removal by removing the nut before taking off the washer and rear insulator. You must extract the radius arm from its bracket before you can remove the spacer together with the insulator along with the washer. Regular checks on the bushings need to be followed by new bushing installation if needed. The installation process ends by executing the reverse order from removal.
