How to Service and Repair the A/C Switch in the HVAC Module on Ford Edge?

A suitable tool should be used to gently pierce the clips on the upper center instrument panel finish panel before removal so service and repair can be performed on the HVAC module. The service process starts with disconnecting electrical connections then removing the four HVAC module screws. The next step requires removal of the HVAC module while maintaining correct placement for the HVAC module spacers during installation. The installation process involves the opposite sequence of removal so the system can be rejoined.
