How to service and repair the heater core on Ford Edge?

In order to fix the heater core, begin with a pressure leak test. Take out the evaporator housing and heater core, duct screws and wire harness. Peculiarly remove the plenum chamber without disturbing the evaporator core. Connect the heater core using the connections on the core side and fix it back by following the steps that were reversed.
