How to service and repair the flywheel ring gear on Ford Excursion?

In order to make repairs to the flywheel ring gear, take out the parts of the clutch and the flywheel, wear asbestos gloves and tongs in order to do it safely. Heat the ring gear to the same temperature, but do not higher than 278°C (500°F). Tap the floor even not binding and then replace the flywheel and the clutch parts.
