How to service and repair the front Sway Bar Link and Sway Bars on a motorhome on Ford Excursion?

A mechanic must begin sway bar link repair work by lifting and securely supporting the motorhome. All suspension fasteners which affect essential system performance must get replaced either with original part numbers or equivalent non-substituted designs which maintain quality. You must maintain the specified torque values during re-assembly to achieve proper retaining capabilities. Start by uninstalling sway bar links by disconnecting upper link nuts and washers along with bolts and bracket first before moving to the lower link nuts and washers and bolts and bracket and ending by removing the sway bar link itself. Perform this process once again on the other side of the vehicle. The front Sway Bars removal starts with unfastening both retaining bolts and then proceeding to do the other side before eliminating each retaining clamp followed by bar removal. Apply new fasteners during installation and proceed with the steps of removal in reverse order.
