Start clutch hydraulic fluid tube servicing by draining part of the brake and clutch reservoir fluid until the fluid reaches just below the nipple location. The hose must be detached from the brake and clutch reservoir while moving on to the instrument panel clip and clutch master cylinder. Untighten the lower end of the hydraulic line from the
Clutch Slave Cylinder followed by removal of the clip attached to the transmission. Complete the installation process by putting the O-ring exactly where it belongs either in the outlet port or on the tube connector after performing the reverse order of removal. Pressurizing brake fluid through the clutch hydraulic system follows the complete procedure. Exercise caution when working with brake fluid because exposures to polyglycol ethers and polyglycols may cause irritation but immediate handwashing should occur and professional medical help can be obtained for severe reactions. Brake fluid has the potential to harm paint and plastic materials thus prompt water clean-up is needed to eliminate fluid contact with these surfaces.
