Plastic pliers need to be applied if a bearing cup refuses to press out completely. Complete the extraction of the remaining bearing cup from the driveshaft by rotating it while pressing on the spider before removing the driveshaft flange to execute the same pressing method for the other bearing cup. Clean the bearing cup bores first before inspecting U-joints for movement freedom. Gentle strikes with a brass or plastic hammer against the driveshaft flange should be performed to avoid the U-joints but resolve any binding issue. The procedure for assembly begins by following the steps of disassembly in reverse order while employing yellow snap rings from the kit to install the U-joints.
