How to service the oil cooler with the body on on Ford F-250 Super Duty?

In order to service the oil cooler, the intake manifold and the turbocharger pedestal should be removed. Keep the cover screws of the oil cooler. Install a new oil cooler in case of engine failure. Clean and seal surfaces, install new gaskets and attach oil cooler cover and filter base using specified torque. Re-fit the intake manifold and turbocharger.

How to service the oil cooler on Ford F-250 Super Duty?

To service the oil cooler make sure the vehicle is in neutral on a hoist. Empty the cooling system, take out and dispose of the oil filter and replace with another that is tightened to 16 Nm. Unscrew the coolant hoses, check the oil cooler with metal pieces, and reattach it with 58 Nm.
