How to service the blower motor on Ford F-350 Super Duty?

In order to maintain the blower motor, take out the RH lower instrument panel insulator and A-pillar trim cover. Lift the carpet and dash panel insulator, remove the vent tube clips and un-clip the electrical connector. Turn the motor counter clock to take it out. Wipe down the wheel when reusing, and do the same process to install.

How to service and repair the blower motor in the main climate control system on Ford F-350 Super Duty?

To service the blower motor, unscrew electrical connector and unscrew bolts to the vacuum pump (7.3L diesel) or speed control servo (5.4L and 6.8L engines). Take out the blower motor ventilation tube and unscrew out the blower motor, take care not to break the wheels. When reusing the wheel shaft clean. Installation. Reverse.
