How to Service and Repair Blower Control Switches on Ford Flex?

The blower motor switch repair service begins with separate detachment of the RH scuff plate trim panel from the RH lower A-pillar trim panel. Then proceed with the removal of the RH lower A-pillar trim panel. Unfasten the two pin-type retainers which hold the RH lower instrument panel insulator before ejecting the RH lower instrument panel insulator itself. Beginning service on the blower motor speed control requires you to remove its electrical connector followed by the two screws holding it in place. The completion of the installation requires following all removal steps in reverse order after taking out the blower motor speed control.
