The service procedure for the RH Temperature Blend Door Actuator requires first releasing the two glove compartment bumpers for lowering the glove compartment. Earlier workers must open the glove compartment entry to reach the temperature blend door actuator while unfastening its jumper harness connector. Start by taking out the instrument panel wire harness pin-type retainer from the heater core and evaporator core housing support and after that take out the two screws which secure the RH temperature blend door actuator. The actuator has to be repositioned to reach and detach its electrical connector so the actuator can then be removed from its housing. The installation of the new actuator should follow all the removal steps in reverse order.
