How to service the Throttle Position Sensor on Ford Focus?

Starting the Throttle Position Sensor service requires the removal of the battery ground cable. Start the service by unblocking the air cleaner outlet pipe through clamp release and emission breather tube release from the outlet. The service requires disconnecting fuel injector wiring harness electrical connector on vehicles with 2.3L engine. But first detach the electrical connector from the Throttle Position (TP) sensor followed by sensor removal with its retaining screws. The installation process ends when executing the opposite steps from removal.
