A service operation for the oil pressure switch requires disconnecting the battery ground cable as the first step. The switch's wire connector must be disconnected while keeping in mind the intake manifold is not present because of clarity reasons. The installation process of the oil pressure switch requires applying Pipe Sealant with Teflon D8AZ-19554-A or a Ford specification WSK-M2G350-A2 equivalent material to switch threads before tightening the switch. The procedure for installation ends by redoing the steps of removal in their reverse order.
