Protection needs to be provided for painted areas surrounding the roof opening panel. The first step requires you to move the roof opening panel glass to the vent position using its operating mechanism. The six screws holding the roof opening panel glass must first be removed before reinstallation with measured torque tightness set at 3 Nm (27 lb-in). To conclude the procedure reverse all actions by putting roof opening panel into proper position followed by activating the roof opening panel motor.
