Service of the turn signal switch begins with removing three screws from the steering column shroud before separating and taking off both upper and lower shrouds. Separate the multifunction switch from its place by first disconnecting its electrical connector and removing the two mounting screws. Follow the installation procedure by first tightening the screws to 3 Nm (27 lb-in) force and then proceed with reverse order to complete the project.
