You should start servicing and repairing the turn signal switch by taking out the steering wheel and instrument panel cluster finish panel. Start by unbolted steering column reinforcement followed by removal of both the bolts and reinforcement piece. View the upper and lower steering column shrouds by unscrewing their attaching screws. The electrical connectors require detachment followed by lowering of the electrical loom box through tab extraction. Two pieces of masking tape should be secured across the Clock Spring to stop its movement before gently pressing the three clips and setting the assembly aside. Sever the electrical connectors before taking out the multifunction switch assembly. The installation process should be reversed from the steps that were used for removal.
