How to Service the LH Halfshaft Wheel Seal on the 6F50 Transaxle on Ford Edge?

When mating with halfshaft seal on 6F50 transaxle to service the LH halfshaft, the car should be in neutral position in a hoist. Take out the halfshaft, check for damage and put back, where necessary. Have the old seal removed and a new one installed and refilled with the right Mercon fluid to avoid problems with transmission.

How to service the RH halfshaft Wheel Seal on the MTX75 on Ford Focus?

To service the RH halfshaft seal on the MTX75, ensure the vehicle is in neutral on a hoist. Remove the RH halfshaft and intermediate shaft assembly, extract the old seal, and install a new one. Check the transaxle fluid level and fill as needed, tightening to 35 Nm (26 lb-ft).
