How to remove the intake manifold on Lincoln Continental?

In order to remove the intake manifold, disconnect battery, drain cooling system, and take out a number of parts such as the air cleaner, fuel line and generator. De-mount hoses, sensors and wiring, remove the manifold assembly and gaskets. Lastly, remove the fuel manifold and injectors washing all surfaces.
