How to service and repair the throttle body safely on Lincoln Continental?

To maintain throttle body, disconnect the battery ground cable, pull out the aeration clearer outlet tube and unscrew the accelerator cable protect. Unscrew the accelerator and speed control actuator cables and lift out throttle body. Install a new gasket and undo the procedure. Be careful around fuel components to eliminate the risk of ignition.
