How to service and repair the A/C Hose from the compressor to the condenser on Lincoln Mark LT?

The first step for compressor to condenser discharge line maintenance involves refrigerant recovery before starting the work. You should detach the wire harness from the discharge line before removing the A/C compressor discharge fitting nut and disconnecting the fitting with its O-ring seal as well as discard gasket seal. Reconnect the fitting by securing it to 15 Nm (11 lb-ft) torque specification. First disconnect the A/C pressure transducer electrical connector and the condenser inlet fitting before discarding the O-ring seal and securing the fitting to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft). The compressor-to-condenser discharge line needs removal before reinstallation which requires usage of new gasket seal and O-ring seals. The correct amount of clean PAG oil needs to lubricate the refrigerant system followed by evacuation and leakage inspection before adding refrigerant into the system.
