How to service and repair the blower motor on Lincoln MKX?

The blower motor can be serviced and repaired by removing the RH lower instrument panel insulator to begin with. Next, remove the electrical connector of the blower motor, and remove the three screws. Remove the blower motor. In order to install a new blower motor, one just has to reverse the sequence.
