Removal of the sliding glass, headliner and interior trim are required to fix the rear fixed roof opening panel glass. Wear protective equipment and replace blades to prevent damage. Use urethane adhesive cut, dry fit the new glass and apply adhesive as instructed. Cure and then re-assemble.

To service, the front sliding roof opening panel glass, open it to the VENT position and remove the concertina blind. Take four front screws and two rear screws, screwing in to 8 Nm in the process of re-fitting. The idler mechanism should not be moved during removal of glass so is the case with installation.
