How to service and repair the blower motor on Lincoln MKZ?

The blower motor on the MKZ vehicles can be serviced and repaired by initially removing the RH low instrument panel insulator. Next, remove the electrical connector of the blower motor. Then remove the three screws attaching the blower motor and remove it. These installation steps can be reversed to install a new blower motor.
