A suitable wrench should clamp the piston shaft throughout the process of removing the inner tie-rod end installation will require 103 Nm (76 lbft) torque on the end. Automobile technicians need to hold the piston shaft when tightening the inner tie rod until the new rock washer receives proper crimping. Reattach the parts by completing the opposite steps of removal.
