How to service the air suspension control module on Lincoln Navigator?

In order to service the air suspension control module, disconnect the battery ground cable. Install the module on the lower left dash, strip away connectors, and strip away mounting nuts. Ride height adjustment calibration and pneumatic test are required in a new module. Installation To remove it, reverse the steps of removing it.

What precautions should be taken when handling the Suspension Control Module during installation and calibration on Lincoln Navigator?

There is the vehicle dynamics module (VDM) which is sensitive to static charges. To remove it, disconnect the VDM connectors, and then remove the bracket nuts. On re-installation, screw the nuts to 8 Nm. To calibrate to a new VDM the ride height sensor data must be cleared and a pneumatic test performed clearing the DTC C1990 and C1991.
