How to service the exterior Mirror Actuator on Lincoln Town Car?

Service of the exterior mirror motor begins with removing the mirror glass. The exterior mirror motor remains attached with three screws which must be unscrewed followed by connector removal. Tighten all new motor installation screws to 8 Nm torque before performing the installation step in reverse order to finish the process.
