How to Service and Repair the Front Door Jamb Switch for the Alarm on Lincoln Town Car?

In order to fix the door disarm switch, take off the LH front door trim panel and watershield. Disassemble door lock cylinder actuating rod and E-clip, and remove actuating pawl. Disengage electrical connector and dislodge the switch. Installation is reversed by following the steps in reverse direction and assembling the switch at a position facing harness.
