How to Service and Repair the Cooling Hose for the Coolant Crossover Manifold Assembly on Mercury Mountaineer?

In order to replace the coolant crossover manifold assembly, it is necessary to disconnect the battery, empty the cooling system, remove intake manifold. Disconnect the generator and its bracket and disconnect hoses to the manifold. Take off and install new gaskets and tighten the bolts to 10 Nm. The process is to reverse and re-install.

How to Service and Repair the Cooling Hose on Mercury Villager?

To drain the cooling system: drain the cooling system and coolant lines and hoses. Take off the upper radiator hose by loosening the clamp bolt and clamps and then removing the hose. Bypass hose: after removing the clamps, remove the hose. Uninstall by following these steps backwards.
