How to Service the Seat Backrest Thermo-Electric Device (TED) Seat Heater on Mercury Milan?

During reassembly of the seat backrest note how the side air bag module locator hook fits in its bracket and detach the bolt to lift the side air bag module before tightening the bolt to 10 Nm (89 lb-in). Free the electrical connection of the side air bag module by wiggling the locking clip along with the tab release. The pin-type retainers need removal followed by careful handling of the hook-and-loop strip when removing the trim cover from the backrest foam pad.
