How to service the Wiper Pivot and mounting arm on Mercury Milan?

To remove the wiper mounting arm and pivot shaft disconnect the wiper motor connector and remove the upper cowl panel grille. Next, remove the assembly and two bolts that hold the assembly together. To install, screw the bolts to 5 Nm (44 lb-in) and repeat.
