First detach the condenser outlet fitting through nut removal while disposing of the O-ring seal before tightening the new installation to 8 Nm (71 lb-in). Disconnect the condenser inlet fitting by doing the same procedure and discard the O-ring seal before tightening a new fitting to 8 Nm (71 lb-in). Begin by removing the four pin-type retainers and two stud retainers used for the radiator air deflector and replace them after reinstallation by tightening both components to 6 Nm (53 lb-in). To install reverse the removal process while replacing all O-ring seals with new ones and properly lubricate the refrigerant system with the specified amount of clean PAG oil. In the final step evacuate the refrigerant system before performing leak testing and then adding refrigerant through the charging process.
