In order to service the front door window motor, remove the door trim and water shield, remove the motor and put the glass back in with tape. Take out the motor screws, replace the screws, and tighten them to 7 Nm. New motors must be initialized, old motors must be de-initialized and re-initialized after components have been removed or replaced.
