How to Service the Power Steering Reservoir on Mercury Monterey?

In order to service the power steering reservoir, drain the reservoir using suction device to prevent contamination. Unscrew the lower isolation bolt, then unscrew the reservoirto pump hose and it is the hose that leads to the pump. Take off the reservoir, and repeat the steps in order to install and refill the power steering system.
