The vehicle requires the elimination of four nuts before removing the shift lever housing. You should start by positioning the shift lever housing before tightening it to 12 Nm (9 lb-ft). The wiring harness and electrical connector should be reconnected first and then the shift lever cable must be fitted onto the shift lever housing which must be connected to the shift lever. Finally, reinstall the center console.
